Wholesale orders do not qualify for a return, and are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged Mori Hōm will file an insurance claim for the damage, a repair order or replacement may be issued. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All custom orders, made to order items, & vintage furniture are final sale and cannot be returned. If an order is approved for exchange, a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
